Senior Support Administrator at Timetjek – Key Role in a Growing Tech Company

Timetjek is an innovative and growing tech company that develops smart systems for personnel management in industries such as restaurant, service, retail, and logistics. We digitize time reporting, scheduling, and payroll management – and we do it with a focus on high service and personal interaction.

We are now looking for a senior support administrator for our office in Malmö. A key person who wants to take responsibility, further develop our support system, and at the same time be a reliable contact point for our customers.

About the Role

As a support administrator, you are the hub of our customer support and work closely with both our users and our development team. You handle incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone – from quick questions to more complex troubleshooting. You are also responsible for further developing our routines, documentation, and internal processes.

This is a role for you who is structured, tech-savvy, and thrives in an environment where many things happen simultaneously.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and solution-oriented support to our customers
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and structure in our daily support operations
  • Write and update support articles and build a modern knowledge base
  • Contribute to building and guiding future support teams
  • Introduce and train new employees in support
  • Work closely with developers and the sales team to improve the customer experience

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology and a natural ability to create security in customer relationships. You need to be stress-resistant, have good prioritization skills, and enjoy working independently and methodically.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably within a SaaS or IT company
  • Very good system skills and technical understanding
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

  • Experience building support functions or leading teams
  • Knowledge in HR, payroll, accounting, or staffing
  • Experience with systems like Fortnox, Visma, Hoogia, or similar
  • Experience writing manuals or technical articles
